Hyderabad Karnataka Librarians’ Association is organizing a felicitation
Programme to   Prof. B. S. Maheswarappa, Department of Library and
Information Science, Gulbarga University, Gulbarga on his superannuation @
PDA College of Engineering Library Auditorium, Gulbarga on 25th December
2016 at 10.30 am.


Prof. B. S. Maheswarappa, our esteemed teacher is known for his quality and
excellence in teaching and research in LIS. He has put up more than 30
years of teaching and research experience in Library and Information
Science and taught courses at BLISc, MLISc, and MPhil in three universities
in the State namely University of Mysore, Mysore, Karnatak University,
Dharwad; and Gulbarga University, Gulbarga. He has published so far 123
research publications in National and International Journals. Seven MPhil
and Six Ph.D. candidates have obtained Ph.D. under his guidance.



We the members of the association, students, teachers, library fraternity,
friends and well wishers cordially invite you to attend the felicitation
function without fail on 25th December 2016 at 10.30 am in PDA College of
Engineering Library Auditorium, Gulbarga. Prof. S.R. Niranjana, Vice
Chancellor, Gulbarga University and Sri B.G PATIL, Member of Legislative

programme.
