Dear Colleagues,
Promotion of Library Automation and Networking in North-Eastern Region
(PLANNER) is a bi-annual convention with a special focus to uplift academic
libraries in the North-Eastern region, India in the aspect of library
automation and networking.The event is jointly organized by INFLIBNET
Centre along with the universities located in the respective North-Eastern
States.
10th PLANNER -2016 is being organised by INFLIBNET Centre in collaboration
with North-Eastern Hill University (NEHU), Shillong, Meghalaya during
9th-11th November, 2016 at NEHU, Shillong, Meghalaya.
The Main Theme of the Convention is

*Call for Papers*
Programme Committee solicits research and technical papers, case studies,
technology updates, etc. related to the theme and sub-themes of the
conference. The paper submitted should have been neither published
anywhere not kept under consideration for publication. All papers will go
through a process of review and accepted papers will be published in the
Conference Proceedings.
*Full Paper Submission last date : 16th August, 2016*
