KILA invites Expression of Interest (EoI) from the Library Science
professionals on per day honorarium basis for various works related to the
automation of KILA Library with an integrated Library Management Software
(KOHA) for approximately 15000 books. At the end of the assignment, KILA is
expected to have generated the following deliverables :

   - Physical verification of data updated in the KOHA database
   - Add missing bibliographic data into of the existing records in KOHA
   database
   - Verify the classification code of the existing records in KOHA
   database with physical records
   - Verifying the Accession register with physical record/books
   - Creation of accession number in the accession register for new books
   - Creating call number for the book
   - Pasting of new bar codes in each Book
   - Recording of Call number and Accession Number in different places of
   each book
   - Rearranging the books in the shelf according to its call Number

*Qualification & Experience*

   - Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Library and Information Science from a
   recognized university
   - Minimum SIX months of experience in a reputed library

*Desirable Experience*

   - Experience in using KOHA, an integrated Library Management Software.

Rs.600/- per day
