This book is intended for students taking knowledge management courses at
the higher education level as well as practitioners who have not taken
such courses. It will also be useful for a range of scholars, students,
faculty and professionals in information science, library science,
management science and other disciplines. Also this would act a useful
source for the knowledge managers and for the Management institutions
where management courses are conducted within and outside India. This book
hasbeen written to set a new standard for KM books. The reader will find a
