[LIS-Forum] Homage to Prof. Neelameghan

Department of Studies and Reseach in Library and Information Science,
Tumkur University paid homage to Prof. A Neelameghan, a world-renowned
scholar in Library and Information Science, Former Professor and Head,
DRTC, Bangalore.

Speaking on the occasion, Dr. Keshava, Associate Professor and Chairman
recalled that Prof. Neelameghan was a great teacher and a profound scholar.
 He was a personification of simplicity.  His contribution to the field of
Library and Information Science in particular and to the Universe of
Knowledge in general is immense.  He was as adorable as Dr. S R Ranganathan.

The Department condoled the demise of Prof. A Neelameghan and prayed for
his eternal peace.
