We are please to invite you to take part in the webinar on "Creative
Commons licenses : Fostering reuse and sharing" that will take place
on 15th May at 11:00am-12:00pm (CEST).

The presentation will introduce the set of licenses from Creative
Commons explaining some basic concepts of copyright, including the
different uses of the licenses especially in research and education.

The webinar will be presented by Ignasi Labastida. Currently working
at the CRAI of the University of Barcelona, Ignasi is the Public
Leader of Creative Commons in Spain since its starting in 2003. He has
also been member of the Board of Directors of the OCW Consortium.
Johannes Keizer, team leader AIMS at the FAO of the United Nations,
will moderate the session.

This webinar is part of the activities related to the Pathway Managing
IPRs (Intellectual Property Rights) : Managing IPRs as a foundation
for the support of open information and knowledge, and organized by
