Dear LIS Professionals,

You all aware about the websites http://vixra.org/ & http://arxiv.org/.

Now, my question is which application these two websites have used to
manage the preprint archive?

I search-out lot on web to get answer but unable to get. It would be great
help if you can provide me the software name.
