Hearty congratulations for getting Phd degree from SNDT Women's University,
Mumbai on the topic " Academic and Professional Needs of College and
University Teachers belonging to Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes: Role
of the Library" Under the guidance of Dr. Bharati Sen.


The study was designed to determine different information sources refer for
fulfilling the academic and professional needs of the college and
university teachers belonging to the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes
(SC/ ST). It also examined the role of the library in fulfilling these
needs of the teachers. This research focused on three aspects i.e. 1)
teaching and related activities, 2) research and publications, 3) career
advancement.



This is very unique topic in LIS and you have been elaborated very
impressively.



We wish you  continue to do research and contribute for the betterment of
LIS profession.
