Sir,
Kerala Govt. constituted a Pay revision Commission(PRC 2014) for govt.
employees. The committee invited suggestions from individuals and
associations. I am requesting you to kindly give  your (library staff in
Kerala state) valuable suggestions for  preparing proposal about University
library system, please  reply through email at the earliest.
