I am happy to share herewith the Conference Report of the successful
National Conference, on the theme *Strengthening Open Access in India *(SOAI),
held at Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU), New Delhi on 21st October, 2013.
The event was organsied by UNESCO, JNU and CEMCA.
