Dear All,

This is to inform the Life Members of *Mysore Librarians and Information
Scientists Association (MyLISA), Mysore* that the Annual General Body
Meeting (AGM) and the election of Executive Members for the term 2013-2016
will held on *Sunday, 26th May 2013 at 11:00 AM*.

As per the decision of the Executive Committee the AGM is open only for the
Life Members of MyLISA and the election will be held among the members who
attend the meeting. The members present in the meeting are eligible for
both contesting the election and to vote the candidates.

*Venue: *
Mysore University Library, University of Mysore, Manasagangothri, Mysore

*Agenda:*
1.     Presentation of the report by the Secretary.
2.     Presentation of the income and expenditure statement by the
Treasurer.
3.     Address by the President of the Association.
4.     Election of the Executive Members of the association for the term
2013-2016.
5.     Any other issues with the permission of the chair.

MyLISA request the life members to make it convenient to attend the AGM.
