Sir,

According to your opinion, every library which is offering DDS service on payment basis will fall under this copyright law, then what is the right of library which is subscribing the particular resource and paying a huge amount for it?

There is no sense of making library networks if you do not have right to share your resource with the network libraries.
Copy rights and resource sharing are always contradictory we will have to find a way between.

Dr. Barman came with a brilliant idea and all the libraries at least try and assess the pros and cons of the idea then only we can make any conclusion.

Dear Dr. Badan Barman,

Unless the documents intended to be shared are "Open Access" type, the
people involved may land into problems under the provision of Copy
Right act.
