What is remarkable and significant about TACIT knowledge is that it
validates what thinkers, artists, designers, writers,
poets, musicians, and scientists (albeit too few of these) consistently
admit: we cannot account as to the origin of the
initial idea or notion that launches our investigations.

Some of man's most important knowledge is TACIT and inarticulable, like the
knowledge of how to swim or how
to judge a work of art. Yet men use such knowledge and even depend on it
for their survival.

One know more than one can tell . TACIT knowledge and its management is an
interesting
but difficult topic to understand and implement . Best wishes
