that SEARCH – The Health Sciences Library and Department of Library and
Information Science, Manipal University, Manipal, Karnataka is organizing a
national conference on “Management of Modern Libraries (NACML) on 21-22
February, 2014 at the Health Sciences Library, Manipal University, Manipal.Objectives·         To
provide an opportunity to LIS professionals to explore the ways and means to
manage the modern libraries where electronic resources are playing a pivotal
role in meeting the information needs of the users·         To
explore, discuss and share ideas and knowledge related to innovative modern
library management systems to meet the needs of the changing environmentNACML is being organized as
a part of Diamond Jubilee Year Celebrations of Kasturba Medical College,
Manipal.
