Gmail users can now send files up to 10 GB from their Google Drive,
announced Google on Wednesday.

"Now with Drive, you can insert files up to 10GB - 400 times larger than
what you can send as a traditional attachment. Also, because you're
sending a file stored in the cloud, all your recipients will have access
to the same, most-up-to-date version", wrote Gmail's product manager Phil
Sharp, in a blog post.

Gmail will also double-check that all your recipients have access to any
files being sent. For instance, whenever you send a file from Drive that
isn't shared with everyone, you'll be prompted with an option to change
the file's sharing settings without leaving your email page.

You can even paste Google Drive links directly into emails to share a
file. You can also attach videos, PDF's, images, etc via this new option.

Google has announced to roll out this file-sharing feature over the next
few days.

So, click on the Compose tool and start using it.
