Job Description for Information Analyst for HP’s PPS  R& D Hub India

It is *Contractual Job only...*

HP's PPS R&D Hub is a key R&D center of HP in Bangalore that is focused on 
product development for various business units of HP’s Imaging and 
Printing Group.

The hub is embarking on a major initiative to transform itself into a 
world class R&D center, and to this goal is looking for an information 
analyst to for the following information handling activities.

1. To provide information search support to staff members of the lab
2. To  manage the hub’s library
3. To create newsletters of items relevant to the activities of the lab and
about the
activities of the lab
4. To coordinate the creation of research  & competitive development
updates on
different technology areas of interest to PPS R&D hub
5. To prepare news items and copy edit articles
6. Supporting R&D engineers in searching for the prior art (in context of
their R&D work
or patent disclosures).
7. Manage technical publications process.
