   - Key responsibilities includes establishing and implementing library
   policies and procedures.
   - To provide effective access to library collection and resources.
   Provide library services in response to the needs of library users.
   - Candidate should have proficient knowledge in library policies,
   procedures, methods, professional standards and computerised information
   database systems, library systems for cataloguing etc.
