The Information center of CSIR-NAL, ICAST, an ISO-9001: 2008 Certified Center (http://www.icast.org.in) is imparting 3 days training program on Content Management using Open Source Tool-DRUPAL. This training program is targeted to professional interested in and responsible for creating, managing and providing web based information service. 
  
The details of the training program are given below:
 
TITLE: Content Management using Open Source Tool-DRUPAL

TARGET AUDIENCE: Librarians, Information and KM managers, Content Managers, Information systems managers, etc, with adequate knowledge of IT applications.

TRAINING PROGRAM OBJECTIVE and COVERAGE: The objective of this training program is to enable individual and organisations to initiate building their library and subject specific web portals. The specific goal of the training program is to impart practical training to participants in using the package for creation and maintenance of their library portal. Focus is on installing, configuring, customizing and administration of this package. The main objective is to acquire complete knowledge and skill sets required to build one’s own subject specific web portal.
