Dear JRC

Open the document in adobe Professional (seven or above) find file menu
at menu bar and follow the step

1. Menu bar>>File>> reduce file size and save

2. Menu bar>>Advance>> PDF optimizer>> Make computable with adobe 5 or
latter and save
