[LIS-Forum] Dr. Shashank Sonwane has been awarded the "Shikshak Pratibha Puraskar"

Dear All,

We the members of BAMULISAA (Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University
Library and Information Science Alumni Association) informs you all that Dr.
Shashank Sonwane has been awarded the "Shikshak Pratibha Puraskar", from Dr.
Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University, Aurangabad for the year 2010.

Dr. Shashank Sonwane a young and dynamic teacher has achieved this award in
a very short span of time.  He has joined as Assistant Professor on January
2006 in the Dept. of Library and Information Science, Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar
Marathwada University, Aurangabad.  Having 10 International and 20 National
Publications, edited 2 books at his credit.  Guided 16 Students at M Phil,
34 students at MLISc level and 4 students are working at Ph.D. level.

Dr. Shashank Sonwane (shashank65 at yahoo.com) is the only teacher in Library
and Information Science to received this award.

We Congratulate him on his great achievement.
