[LIS-Forum] Are we able to maintain the quality of International Conference in LIS?

I really appreciated the thoughts input by Mr. Thaty. I request all
professionals from different corner of India for contribute the same. To be
a developed “Indian LIS” country, I think, we should give stress to quality.
