3.Subscription and management of periodicals.
4.Maintenance and updating Clipping services in subject wise.
5.Archiving of the news & entertainment footage in FCP server.
6.Co-ordination with other departments of organization.
7.Review and implementation of policy and procedures.
8.Collection development .
