[LIS-Forum] short report of workshop on KOHA at Central University, Kasaragode

The University Library, Central University Kasaragode has conducted a three days workshop on KOHA software during 7-9 April 2010.  Around 25 participants from different libraries and Library Science departments attended the workshop.  Workshop was focussed on installation and customisation of the software, both on windows and linux platforms.   All sessions were very interactive and participants learned strengths of the KOHA software.  First  day sessions were handled by Dr Dinesan, Assistant Librarian, Central University and the second and third day by Sri. A. J. Thomson, Librarian, St. Joseph College, Devagiri. Participants were happy about the way how the workshop was conducted and they could learn more about the software.  The workshop  proved a great success in all respects.
