      23rd National Seminar of IASLIC at Bose Institute, during 10-13 
                December,2008

Dear All

We have the honour to submit that Bose Institute, as a part of year long 
programme in commemoration of 150th Birth Anniversary Founder Sir J. C. Bose 
and 90th Foundation Day of the Institute, is organizing and hosting the 23rd 
National Seminar of Indian Association of Special Libraries and Information 
Centre (IASLIC) during 10-13, December 2008. 

The Seminar will be inaugurated on Wednesday 10th December, 2008 at 4.30 
P.M. SIG Meetings will be at 10.00 A.M. on 10th December, 2008.

All of your presence would benefit all the library professionals in India 
and globe. Please register yourself and also depute at least two persons 
from Library or LIS Department.

Some of the objectives of the Seminar are to bring together special library 
professionals to a common platform, to promote special libraries, and 
facilitate the exchange of ideas and help to bridge the knowledge gap 
amongst the professionals associated with special libraries and to develop 
the professional competent.
 
This seminar is expected to attract more than 500 participants from India 
and abroad.
