Essential Qualifications: Candidates must possess 55% marks or above in MLISc from any recognised university or ADIS from the DRTC, ISI or AIS from the INSDOC (now NISCAIR) and qualify NET/SET examination.
 
Total number of posts: 03 (Three)
 
Area of Research/Specialization:                              (i) Community Information Services / Information Literacy; (ii) Information Storage and Retrieval; and (iii) Information Seeking Behaviour of Library Users / TQM in Library and Information Services.
 
Others: As per rules of UGC/Government of West Bengal
