Dear Friends,
For the benefit of the Library professionals who are working at various
locations, Kerala Library Association (KLA) has created a blog
(http://klaseminar2008.blogspot.com/) detailing the proceedings of the
National Seminar on 'Redefining the Role of Public Libraries in India:The
Knowledge Society Imperatives', organised by Kerala Library Association, and
Co-sponsored by Raja Rammohun Roy Library Foundation, Kolkata, during 6 – 8
August, 2008 at Thiruvananthapuram.

This blog aims to bring you with the latest update on different sessions,
details of the papers presented (possibly with abstracts), photographs etc as
and when the seminar progresses i.e inaugural session to valedictory function.

Hope it will be a unique experience for the Library professionals to remotely
access the details of the national seminar, as and when it progresses....
without worrying where ever they are!!
