Hi!!

I am surprised to see that an MLIS degree or equivalent is an added advantage for the post of Referene LIBRARIAN not the basic requirement??

There have been numerous discussions in this forum to establish the relevance of librarianship in the modern Googled era, then why don't we support it when it comes to recruitment at suitable positions.
