  Dear all

SHPT School of Library Science, SNDT Women's University, Mumbai has 3 days internship programme as a part of the BLISc course. Students visit twice in a year to various reputed libraries of Mumbai as a intern.This may not be exhaustive training but it gives exposure to the different kinds of libraries and their working systems. It also helps student to take decision regarding, in which type of library they would work. Feedback from students and librarians states that this should be continued in LIS Course.
