[LIS-Forum] New Group - Open Access and Digital Libraries

Yes I agree that forum lis-forum would have been equally useful to
promoting Open Access and Digital Libraries. In-fact it would used in
future as well for this cause.

So far OA-INDIA is concerned, it is bit difficult to get new members
enrolled. Yahoo Groups platform has been chosen because it offers some
facilities like polls, databases and photos.
