   - Initiates personal contact with Knowldge community Champions and
   Members to generate interest in the community
   - Exposure to KM and Content management
   - Self organized and proactive
   - Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills
   - Ability to interact with many levels in the organization
   - Interfaces with Community Support team on outreach and marketing
   efforts (newsletters; fliers/posters)
   - Maintains, analyzes and reports out on previously established
   community metrics (activity and performance);
   - Minimizing duplication among Community (domain, practice,
   hierarchy).
   - Help the community solve problems and evolve over time
   - Assists in building/maintaining community events participation and
   session effectiveness
   - Well versed with MS office tools good knowledge of HTML

**            Exposure to KM systems and processes
            Community building and tacit knowledge sharing
            Understanding content categorization and corporate taxonomy
