After M.Phil., /NET, you can apply Ph.D. in IGNOU in March every year. Also, you can try with universities for teaching profession. You can write articles and apply for fellowships with foreign universities.
This will take you to world of opportunities.
You can take up small time consultance for library set up or teaching with open universities, correspondance courses,refresher courses etc.
