Dear Dr Saji Nair:

Thanks for this posting. Both NISCAIR and CSIR deserve to be congratulated 
on this positive step. I hope their next step will be to make all their 
scientific journals  (as well as Wealth of India) open access, as both IASc 
and INSA have done long ago.
