I felt the LIS Gateway [http://www.lisgateway.com/] also quite
informative. The site was developed by LIS Dept, Aligarh Muslim
University, as a UGC sponsored project.

The website explaines itself as:
"LISGateway.com provides searchable and browsable catalogue of
Internet based resources related to Library & Information Science. It
encourages the exploitation of publishers material by providing free
access to quality web resources.

The data pages establishes links mainly to site, which have produced
e-journals, e-books, reference resources etc.

It improves the effectiveness of Internet searching and will serve as
a source of information for LIS people. Users would be directed to
high quality of Internet resources rather than to have evaluate,
filter and organize the resources themselves."
