Subject: Astro: New journal?

PAMnetters,

One of our scientists has been invited to submit a review article by a
journal unknown to us.  He would like feedback from librarians to help
him decide if this would be a good place to publish.

The title is 'Recent Research Developments in Astronomy & Astrophysics'
published by Research Signpost in India. Volume 1 was/is to be published
in 2003.  Have any of you subscribed or received a free issue? If so
what do you think of it?
Do you know any researchers who have submitted articles and why they
chose this journal?
We'd appreciate any feedback.
